We can't check your subscription status error message while installing Photoshop (macOS)

Bonjour, 

 

J'ai téléchargé photoshop via creative cloud, cependant je n'arrive pas à utiliser l'application, un message d'erreur "Nous ne pouvons pas vérifier votre statut d’abonnement." s'affiche, et l'application se ferme. 

 

Sauriez-vous comment faire ?

Sorry to hear about the subscription issue that you see with Photoshop. We're here to help.

Which version of Photoshop have you downloaded? What are your system specifications? Can you DM us your registered email ID?

Have you logged in with the correct Adobe ID? Did you try reinstalling the application? 

Try the following steps:

  • Close all the Adobe apps.
  • Sign out from the Creative Cloud desktop app and close it.
  • Open the app and sign in. Check if it brings any change.

If that doesn't help, then check if there are any proxies applied in the network settings: https://support.wickr.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008497154-Disabling-proxy-settings-on-macOS
