@Z3ROCOOL22 they're actually Creative Cloud processes and will still be running even with Photoshop closed, why do you feel the need to close them, it's not as if they use a lot of system resources

As Ged says. These processes are just sitting there not doing anything, unless specifically called. You'll notice they're all at 0% CPU and a couple of kB memory at most (That's what I see here).

 

If you have performance issues, this is not the reason.
