weird issue - png showing some white, webp is not

so making emotes, for some reason now they have lil white 
favs has the white which is png, and smashfavs is webp... this was never an issue before and cant figure out why its doing this... 

yes on rgb, use saving via for web, yes have tested the quality settings of bicubic.. 

so if i uncheck everything and put a shape in and save it all black has white around, new layer and saves as normal all black no white so cause i imported a image did it do something with how it saves now? or cause i left text after changing it on a shape layer an didnt raz it?

I don't know why I read your username as Smash Burger; I guess I'm having that for dinner, lol. Can you share a screenshot of your layers and how you were exporting it?

Something to consider, and I think you mentioned it, is that you’ve used text or shapes and haven’t rasterized them; Photoshop may apply anti-aliasing during export, which can cause a faint white halo around the edges.
