Working on this image but every time I zoom into the image or move it around I keep getting this outline I figured maybe its a glitch, once I finished with my photoshop and zoom out the lines disapper and once I save it the strange outline is in the saved image please help. I am new to photoshop and it is catching my interest so I don't know much (yet), thanks.
If it appears in the final output, then the transparency is not clean and it needs to be fixed. The effect appearing and disappearing would simply indicate hardware acceleration issues or be a normal side effect of downsampling pixel data at specific zoom levels for preview purposes.
