Weird lines and breaks in layers after saving as PSD

Hi all. I have been working and saving my document layers without a problem until this afternoon. When I went to go back in to my file to work, THIS is what I now see. The bottom layers are all broken. 
I spent SO long working on this just to have it ruined.

OS: Windows 10

Ps version: Ps2022

This looks like file corruption, either a failing disk or saving over a network with some sort of failure.
