So a few updates ago, i realized following:
After zooming in, to a certain percentage, there are weird white pixels appearing on the artboard. (screenshot)
Is there any way to fix it?
Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

You can disable the pixel grid from View > Show > Pixel Grid

Is the problem the Pixel Grid that @Omar.Fathy has already explained how to deactivate?
Your image contains a lot of white pixels. Could you post a screen shot of a zoomed out version that doesn't have the problem pixels. Cheers.

@Merpix ,
The native canvas may be re-enabled now, as this issue has now been identified and resolved.
