What Happened to my New Document Dialogue Box?

I had run into some problems with my software and Adobe help me resolve it. However, after a successful re-installment, I noticed the dialogue box was back to the previous one. What happened?

Go to Preferences > General and uncheck: Use Legacy "New Document" Interface.
