What happens to my portfolio if I have to quit CC for a while due to no internet?

Hello all,

Another quick question.

I may lose internet access.

Can I pause or stop my cc subscription and come back and still have my portfolio

or do I lose all that work?

   Thanks for any help,

       James Schei

Hey, James. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you with your question for now.

You need to have a paid and active Creative Cloud plan to continue using Portfolio. When you cancel your plan:

1 - Your site goes into grace period mode – this keeps your site live for 14 days after the cancellation has occurred.

2 - After 14 days, your site comes offline but can still be accessed via the Editor at https://adobe.ly/3C3sapo where you can continue to edit your site and republish it in the future

You can find more details here: https://adobe.ly/4eTHbIX

For technical questions or feature requests, you must reach out directly to the Portfolio Team:  https://adobe.ly/3C6diGM;

Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I see the 14 days live part

Is there a time limit on how long it stays and can be republished ?

I could not find that info in the links you gave.

Thanks,

   James S
