when photoshop saves back to lightroom images return blurred in lighroom

Any one having this problem? The image is sharp when I choose 'edit in Photoshop'.  When photoshop saves back to lightroom the images return blurred in lighroom; When I open the image in Preview, It's sharp!

In the future I may attemp to correct the image that is only displayed incorrectly, I almost certainly will not remember that the image is already sharp and try to correct the good image.

I am fully updated Llightroom 11.3 & Photoshop 23.3
