When will Adobe Fix the Bug with Windows Ink and Wacom Tablets?

When will Adobe fic the bug with Windows Ink? 

The bug that forces you to create a custom Config file so you can use Wacom Tablets with preasure and without lagggy Windows Ink "ring".

I just got new Laptop, fresh install for everything, and quite surprized to see this annoying bug still hanging there. It makes me wonder how do the developpers in Adobe spend their time, and where all the money we pay for the subscriptions go. 

Sadly I think many users don't even realize that there is a bug and they keep on using laggy and broken software.
