When will the skin smoothing numeral filter be good to use on other parts of the body?

The neural filter was a great addition. But only for the face!  When will this be expanded to other body parts.  We do expose more skin the. Just the face!

I will say, Adobe is usually one step ahead of us in what they will provide with such new technology and functionality. Read into that whatever you wish and be patient.
