Where are my PSDC files?

I'm trying to open a .PSDC file from within Photoshop, but I can't find Adobe Cloud button via File->Open.

What am I doing wrong? Or, do I need an eye exam?

I literally have tons of .PSDC files in there. What should I do to recover those?

Can you access them via the CC app using the 'Files' icon on the left of the app?

If that works, and the problem is the missing button in Photoshop, I would reset preferences. Save them first as detailed here:

Try launching Photoshop from the Creative Cloud desktop app and check the Your Files section at the home page within the app.
