Where is it? [Where is the new Backdrop Neural Filter?]

So, I opened Photoshop today. It's been a bit since I used it last. Upon opening, I got a popup stating new features that were introduced. One of those said something along the lines of being able to generate unique image assets through text prompts. However, I don't see that feature anywhere in Photoshop. Am I missing something?

The Backdrop Neural Filter is in the Photoshop (Beta), which is available from within the Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

Ah, nevermind. I can't find how to delete my post here. I misread it. I found the pop up window and it was talking about the new backdrop generation feature that creates backdrops based on your description.
