Where is reference photo for generative fill?

I've been using PS beta but as of the newest version reference photo does not work right. So, then I switch over to standard PS, and there's no reference photo option at all while using generative fill? What happened to it?

Generative Fill is not Generate Image.

Nevermind, I guess it was never implemented in regular PS.

Correct.   It's in PS (Beta).
