Why am I getting two sets of numbers?

The color sampler tool returns two sets of numbers. What does that mean? I just want to know what the color is at these particular spots.

You will get two numbers if you have adjustment layers acting on your selected layer.

 

"The value in the left column is the original color value. The value in the right column is the color value after the adjustment is made."
