Why are my camera raw files glitchy when opening in photoshop?

For a while now this has been happening when i open my camera raw files taken on an old canon 60D. It seems to be something to do with file loading or previewing because it just needs a bit of time before the full image loads. I thought it was because of a corrupted SD card but I bought a new one from a supposedly trusted source and it still did this. Please help! Is it a camera issue or an SD card one?

This is a GPU issue.

Do you have Apple silicon or an older AMD GPU? If the former, report it as a bug to Apple.
