Why do my photos look worse in Photoshop when exporting from Lightroom?

I browse through my images on Lightroom - and I like them.

Then, I export them to Photoshop - and they lose their life.

The attached image is of a screenshot. The left photo is in Lightroom, the right is of the same image in Photoshop.

I feel there is more richness in Lightroom, the model stands out more, there is more contouring on her skin... I just think it looks better.

In Photoshop, everything becomes more peachy and flatter.

I'm working in sRGB on both.

Basically, all I went is to get my images in Photoshop like in Lightroom. How can I do that? (I'm almost resorting to taking a screenshot in lightroom and importing that to Photoshop!).

Thank you

UPDATE: I've discovered that the images I like in Lightroom are Embedded Previews. Does anyone know how I can create the same visual appearance in Photoshop?
