When I try to use the brush agian after using the eraser or other tool, the spacing always come back to 25%, even though I previously reduced it to 1%. How can I solve this?
I tried resetting the brush, but it didn't work.

I can not reproduce, have you tried preference reset what can solve weird problems sometimes?
Use manual method as described Preferences in Photoshop (manual method) to drag folder on desktop, if that does not solve the problem drag folder back where it was to restore preferences Preferences in Photoshop (adobe.com)

Hi @seungju31786661q5o3 try this - go to the Photoshop.exe file and shift+right-click and choose "run as administrator" then try setting your brushes and quit and relaunch PS. Do they hold? If so, it means your Windows user account may not be an admin and has read/write permission issues with the system folders containing the preferences.
