Why does Photoshop always set brush size at the largest size? Can I reset this somehow?

Hi. How come every time I open brushes in Photoshop, the default setting is always the most massive size? Is there a way in which I can set the default setting (for all brushes) to a more resonable, middle-ground size (like, maybe around 90px)? I know you can set individual brushes to certain settings, but, if there's a way, I'd like for it to be for all brushes, if possible?

Should be sticky. You do have to set them from out of the box default the first time. If that's not working, maybe try resetting your prefs:

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows)  immediately after launching Photoshop. You will be prompted to delete the current settings.
