Why is the Home Window grayed out in PS 25.9.1?

Hi Bojan! I'm so sorry, I just saw your response. So, of course the issue I had before is gone. (embarrassed face) I do have one more question, if that's okay? In PS 23, when you want to open a new document, you would get this window. I don't see this anymore in PS 24 (25.9.1) Has it been done away with? It was very helpful. Thanks again!
