I just tried to change some brush settings like activating fade option in shape dynamics and deactivating transfer oprion, but after drawing first line it goes back to default options again. I tried locke icon and also I saved the brush but it keep changing back to default.

What should I do? My system is mac and ps version is Photoshop CC 2018

Your reply doesn't answer the question. With ever-changing forum formats, links turn to dead-ends. JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION OR SAY NOTHING AT ALL.

That link is dead. But I found a solution on the Photoshop subreddit and it turned out that the "Always use pressure for opacity" button was on. Sorry if this wasn't the case for anyone else. I'm working on a Macbook Pro running Mojave.

That doesn't help me, the button was never on. I haven't been able to find any solutions so far.
