Hi zusammen! 🙂
Danke und liebe Grüße,
Alex

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We are here to help.
Could you please share the version of Photoshop along with the specific version of the operating system you are working on? Please confirm the expected results, is the image on top of the expected result or the one at the bottom? Did you create this mockup, or has been it been acquired from any other source or creator?
If the expected result is as per the document on the top, you can double click on the 'Cover' Smart object layer and place the image from the bottom document there. This should have minimal impact on the layer structure.
We can also see that the way layers are in the above document is not exactly what we have later.
We hope this helps.
Regards,
Sameer k

Hi Sameer!
Thanks for the fast answer. I'm using Photshop 2022 on Windows 10.
The result should be the picture on the top with the smiling man, the camera and the curvature of the book 🙂

Unfortunately, I don't really understand the part of double clicking the smart object layer... Could you maybe provide a video tutorial of what you mean? :'D
