Will not open

I never had this problem before and now Photoshop will not open.  It is up to date and I was using it 2 days ago.  Everytime I open it, it says "Error reading machine specific preferences they will be reset to defaults".

Anyone else have this problem?  Not sure how to open it.

Please share information regarding your computer system such as OS.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling through the Creative Cloud app?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Have you tried manually resetting your preferences? Here is information to help: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Did you change anything since the last time you used it? Do you have automatic updates turned on in your Creative Cloud?
