Looks like my GPU is dying.

I'm a PC noob and need your opinions/advice.

Is an RX 6600 XT a good compliment to the below? Thanks!

RX 6600 XT will work great with AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, also good pairing is RTX 3060 without so called "bottlenecking" what is not important from my perspective but its good to know that CPU and GPU matches its power for just any task. You can also attach GTX 1660 SUPEr or RTX 2060 because they are best value for money at the moment if you are on budget.

And by the way, everything will work fine, for now, even without dedicated GPU so you do not need to rush with new GPU in the next couple of months or even year in my opinion. Experience will not be smooth as with dedicated GPU but if you are not gaming just using Photoshop as most powerful consumer then do not worry if your 1080 die before you expect.
