Window Caption is Wrongly Colored

I use Windows 11 Pro in High Contrast Mode and 125% Windows UI scaling on a QHD monitor. There is clearly something wrong with my PS window caption area of the PS UI. PS 2023 uses a custom color for the caption, but it's not applied consistently across the full caption. Near the system button area there are little spots of the default color I use in my windows captions. It's not colored precisely and this looks very cheap. Either use my default color for the whole caption OR color it in a precise way. Below there is a screenshot of the problem on my system:
