Version of the app

Photoshop 2022 version 23.

Platform and OS version

Windows 10 21H1

Since the 22.5 Photoshop's update, "Export As" window has a weird rendering effect, as if it has no "antialias". The problem is still present in the new PS 23 update. It is quite annoying.

Could be due to the new 22.5 update -> Legacy 'Export As'

I found a workaround: If I enable the legacy option (Preferences > Export and enable Use Legacy "Export As") the problem disappears and the window returns to normal as it was before the 22.5 update.

Basic steps to reproduce the problem

Open Photoshop (v22.5)

Open File

Use Export As (with legacy option disabled)

Expected result and actual result

Check the attached images.

Actual: new 22.5

Expected: old (legacy Export As)

If you export the image, does the final rendered file look OK?
