With Creative Cloud programs I can't save files on externals HD

Since I bought the Macbook Pro M1 Max (MacOs Ventura 13.3) I can no longer save files on my external HD with Creative Cloud programs. Not only new files, also files (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) already present on the external hard disk. I can open them but I can't save the changes.
This only happens with Creative Cloud programs, it doesn't happen with Word, Excell or other programs.
Can you help me? How can I solve the problem?

Hi @Ivan Terry this is a Mac OS issue. Ventura needs certain settings to work properly.

1. Make sure your drives are formatted to Mac OS Journaled and not ExFat.

2. Go to Apple System Settings/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access and make sure PS is listed and active
