Wrong US-Letter Measurement

I just created a project in US-Letter format, but I fear, my photoshop has wrong default measurements for US-Letter. It should be 8,5x11 inches but the default (I didn´t change anything) is 8x11 for US-Letter. I trused photoshop when I created my project and now, I have to print everything new...

Do you have the same issue?

Or am I wrong?

Indeed, I had never noticed, as I use the International formats...
And It's been like this for a few versions, I just double-checked!
