All system permisions had been set and working fine. I've double checked them all.
Eyedropper works in some contexts, not in others.
How the everloving frick are we still dealing with eye dropper issues in 2025? Most of us use this for our work, bugs like this absolutely kill workflow for no reason.
@benjaminallison the most recent version of Photoshop is 26.1, you're currently on version 25.4, the most recent version of that release is 25.12, have you tried updating Photoshop
