This screen is driving me mad !!! 🙂
I have tried changing passwords etc many times, ok for a day, then I open up an app and get this screen - the only way out is to alt-ctrl-del shut down the app that triggered it, reopen and all is ok for a day or two max.

My Account should allow my to use the apps on two devices - Also I have not pressed any of the links on the screen just incase it is scam / virus.

I update and change password etc from the account UI.

Any ideas of how to stop this screen from coming up?

Thank you
Glen

Does this shut you out of the applications? Are you forced to change the password to get in?

This one's new to me, but we've seen several posts about licensing issues lately - most of them about too many machines signed in.

I'm getting a feeling that there's an ongoing licensing server issue at Adobe. If possible, I'd try to wait this out for now, I'm sure they will fix it shortly.

Thank you for your reply.
If I try to use any of the other apps, it shuts down all open apps, then I get a request from Adobe to change my password (not really a request, a must change).

I am running CC on a PC and MAC Book air (two devices)

If I force the offending application to close either on either them MAC or PC the app closes and then I can re-open.

It has been like this since November 2024 I too, thought it would work it’s self out.

Oh, so you've had this problem for quite some time then.

Somebody needs to sort this out. Open a chat, and type "agent". That gets you a real human support person to talk to.

If you go here, there should be a chat icon lower right. It shouldn't be necessary to sign in first (in case you're having trouble with that):
