Your Graphics Card is Incompatible!

The previous version of Phothsop was working fine with "intel HD 4000" but this update of Photoshop is giving me this error, what I can do to solve this? I am using latest graphics driver from intel.

Also it says direct x unavilable but the OS has Directx12

Your GPU was released in 2011 and only supports DirectX 11

It will run OK but you will lose some functionality that requires a GPU

Illustrator requirements are different, they use the GPU in different ways. See here:
