Hello! This issue is with the zoom OUT function. I have contacted so many people on this and gotten nothing but people not listening. Please don't reply with assumptions without fully reading this.
The issue: When I zoom OUT on my image/document the edges and image becomes pixelated.
I use the highest resolution and images for my work and I work without distruction which means everything is a smart object. I use the pen tool or channels to mask out subjects and objects. I have stopped using the mask properties adjustments because the pixelizations are worse. Example: image 59x95in, zoomed at 16% of image it looks great, zoomed out to 12% and the edges look like a stairstep and everything has slight pixelization. This was not happening previously but in the last three months its horrible. Phtots included below.
To update on what I have done:
my computer: msi computer
Windows 11 updated july 14 2023
Nvidia Card art studio updated july 13 2023
Preferences were adjusted by an Adobe rep for faster work increasing to percentage photoshop uses, cache 4/1028
Wacom Cintiq 22
Monitors are 1920x1018
resolution set to max
zoom reset and set to scrubby
changing the GPU doesn't change anything
Removed and reinstalled PS
Later reversions checked
reset PS on restart doesn't do anything but irritate me because I have to reupload everything
Contacted Wacom they say its Adobe's issue
Called CUK for help on the computer
Chatted with Nvidia
Contacted Adobe (7 times about this) and the end result is "yes I see what you are saying" they can't fix it so they tell me my system is old. I bought it sept. 2022 and it is still in the top 5 systems.
Thank you ahead of time. I look forward to saying "that worked."

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
