Zoom settings

I'm sure in the previous versions of photoshop i had it set to that when zooming/resizing it centered the canvas, i can't seem to find out to do this in the latest version.

Using MAC version 12.0.1 (Monterey)

Photoshop version 23.0.1

that's checked on my version. I tried it unchecked as well and nothing changes

mmh, is it the case for all zooming operations, or just from the scrollwheel/touchpad, or with the shortcuts?
