In the latest version of Adobe: 23.5.1 when you want to zoom IN or OUT a square of marching ants appears in the center of the layer, and then zooms out MASSIVELY!
Usually, I can click: CTRL / Z and by moving my tablet pen left or right I produce the desired size.
I appreciate that this option has been "updated" and I have tried applying various options in "Preferences" but with no luck.
I have resorted to using version: 23.4.2 which removes this problem...
Hi, it might help if we had more data: please post the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
