in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @CGandy, I don't understand what you are asking. Are you trying to enlarge type on a type layer? Zoom the entire image or art board? Can you share any screenshots of what you are trying to do?

JEL, what I'm asking is while I'm using my stylus on a screen at first while a layer or the Background layer I could hold the "z" key and zoom in or out, but know all of a sudden it changed from that to drawing a rectangle and zooming in to the rect area only...? I am wondering if there is an option in prefs to change from one type of "ZOOM" to the old style?

Ah, thanks for that extra information. I don't use a stylus, so hopefully others here who do will weigh in with some help for you!
