Well, it can only be a tiny fraction of the fonts in the world, there are over a million fonts. Also, Adobe have to make a deal with the owner of the font - sometimes the owner takes the font away again, or they are not happy to be on a subscription site. If you want specific fonts you will probably need to license them and download - for example you can license Lovelace font here - https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/zetafonts/lovelace?tab=licensing
You posted to the Photoshop forum. Typefaces are on your computer; they are not part of Photoshop. If you purchase a typeface from a type foundry, you can use it in Photoshop.
While there are thousands of typefaces to choose from that are included with your subscription, you can always obtain your own and use them in Photoshop.
