Access for under 18

Please make this thing go away that people under 18 can't use the beta ai generate tool. I am a photographer and have been with adobe for a long time (since I was 13). My birthay is all the way in November and it doesn't make that I have to wait that long to turn 18 and use the feature. I would request to give access to under 18 maybe  with parental permisson.

I think people using the tool have to be legally able to accept a binding contract. That's the only explanation I can think of. If a contract isnt binding, then Adobe couldn't enforce the "NO COMMERCIAL USE" restriction.
