Actualizaciones al cambiar de camara

Hola, con la Nikon D7200 no tenia problema en pasar mis fotos a Photoschop, ahora con la nueva, la D7500, no hay manera. Me dice que vaya a Ayuda y de ahi a Actualizaciones y desde ahi, nada de nada. No se si podreis ayudarme. La camara es genial, pero yo debo ser muy torpe, estoy pensando en devolverla.  Muchas gracias a quien me pueda contestar.

I assume you are trying to open a raw file from your camera?

That camera requires Adobe Camera Raw v 9.12 or later

That in turn requires Photoshop CC 2018 or later

With a CC account you should be able to updated Photoshop and Camera raw to the recent versions

If you are using an earlier version, such as CS then you will need to use the DNG convertor to convert your NEF files to the DNG format before opening them

What version of photoshop and operating system are you using?

Did you use Nikon Transfer to get the D7500 nefs from camera to computer?
