Add 16bit RLE compression as ADDITIONAL option for saving compressed files

When saving 16bit PSD\PSB files as compressed, it would be great to have an additional option to select RLE compression. This would give faster save time than regular compression.

For those that want maximum save speed, uncompressed mode now available in v23.5 and that is awesome, but if you want some of the benefits of both reduced file size and a faster save than regular compression, then RLE compression as an additional option would be a great add in future version of Photoshop.
