Adobe can you please make the bar automatically position to the bottom of an image/working area? Or maybe if the bar can be moved at the users will, so far I only see an option to pin or hide the bar. Don't know if anyone feels the same but I find it distracting that the bar is in the middle of the working area. Then you have to hide it and if you want it to reappear > Window > Contextual Task Bar. I don't think I have this issue in illustrator, now that I think of it I think it goes to the bottom on illustrator. Not 100% sure though.

Yes as of now you can Pin bar position at the bottom of an image, but the bar only stays in the same position on the screen

and doesn't follow the image if moved or a new image opens in a different position on screen.
