I don't want to have to click on a folder everytime I want to access a swatch. The beauty of Adobe over the decades was that they understood the concept, "why make a user click twice, when once will do." I guess the new generation of programmers grew up in the Microsoft ecosystem where multiple clicks were required to accomplish anything.

Please stop fixing things that aren't broke. Production time means money, please stop wasting mine.

Hi, FYI, the new panels allows the one click operations as well as the sorting in folders: select the swatches you want, drop them out of the folders, and voilà!

I think someone was concerned that folders would not be discoverable, and put everything in folders... But a swatch can perfectly reside "outside" of a folder.
