We can tell the levels window that "this is black" or "this is white" but you know what would be really cool? If we could tell the program "this is [this shade of] yellow" or whatever color that we know and have it adjust the color profile accordingly. Kind of like the Color Transfer Neural Filter but more specific.
Shade of yellow is using an English word of which computers do not understand. Photoshop does understand Lab values OR some RGB value in a defined color space.
What you're asking for is mostly impossible.
