I WOULD LIKE TO COMBINE MULTIPLE IMAGES TOGETHER USING SLIDERS TO PLAY WITH THE STRENTH OF EACH IMAGE, WHEN THEY COMBINE, TO CHANGE THE RESULTING IMAGE

Add them all as Layers in a single image, and use the Opacity slider at the top of the Layers panel.

I meant with AI not with adjusting opacity

Add them in layers and blend, or select what you want on another layer. Just like a regular photo. You may need to Rasterize the ai photos.
