Create Photoshop Event When Camera Raw User Clicks Open Button

I have been successful in executing a script to Fit Image on Screen when Photoshop opens a file ... that is most of the time. The one time it does not work is when I have a brand new (typically Raw) file that I open with Camera Raw. When I am done manipulating the image in Camera Raw, I click the Open button to pass the new image to Photoshop. Keep in mind that Photoshop has never seen this file before. When Camera Raw passes the image to Photoshop, I assume that Photoshop creates a new document and then the user can process the image further. From what I have read online, Photoshop does not create an event that I can hook my script to via the Scripts Event Manager similar to what I can do with Open Document. If this is true, would you kindly create an event that I can hook to via the Scripts Event Manager when a document is created at the time Camera Raw passes the image to Photoshop.
