I would like support for iPhone Depth Maps

Photopea a free online Photoshop Clone supports iPhone Depth maps from Portrait mode photos, and can be used to extract the depth map and use it as an Alpha channel. 

Can this feature be added to Photoshop?

Hello, Depth maps are used in Camera Raw: https://helpx.adobe.com/sea/camera-raw/using/make-local-adjustments-camera-raw.html#depth-range and in the Lens Blur filter: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adjusting-image-sharpness-blur.html I do not remember if the neural depth blur uses the information from HEIC files.
