When I use photoshop on windows and change the layers property on the panel, as long as I don't hit enter or click somewhere, the panel stays selected making it impossible for me to press any hotkey.
This hinders usability a lot.
In other panels, for example in the text properties, when we select an option, the panel is "disabled" and we are able to use the shortcut keys without any problems.
Could have a fix for this in an upcoming update!
