Live Blur Effect (in adjustment layer) missing

A few days ago I installed the latest Photoshop version (2024)  and I sadly noted live blur effect was removed from the adjustment layer options. It was a really useful tool, especially when I mockup showcase and photo editing.
Is there any chance to get it back, please? 🙂

If you turn your layer into a Smart Object then you can apply Filter>Blur>Gausian Blur as Smart Filter
