The Contextual Task bar is a pain... It moves around the screen instead of staying at the bottom of the screen. You need to be able to select its location and it stays there..
It would also be nice if it could be reshapable - square for instance...
For now, you can lock the Contextual Task Bar for the current session using the options button on the far right. You can also close it. To reopen it later, it's at the bottom of the Window menu.
Your comment is in the Ideas section, so the product developers will see it.
