P: Color label/code multiple layers at a time

There are often times when I'd like to select several layers to color code them simultaneously via Layer Properties. For instance, I might want all pixel layers to be yellow and adjustment layers blue: or all layers added since yesterday's proof to be coded green, etc.

Having to do this one layer at a time is a chore.
