You can now use the lock buttons on the layers panel to lock and unlock multiple selected layers in Photoshop CS6:

This is already possible. Select the layers you want lock/unlock in the layers panel and choose Layer>Lock Layers...

We're looking at enabling the Lock buttons in the Layers panel in a future release.

it is possible from the Layer menu but it would be great if we can multiple layers from lock icon under the blend mode option box.

Would be great if you could select multiple layers and click a lock option that would be applied to all selected layers. With large numbers of layers it becomes a big time suck to have to continue to click the 'lock transparent pixels" button. Thanks!
